Dogs: Only mature,
small or medium
dogs. No puppies.
Persons: Any person over the age of 12 months 1 year is considered an
occupant.
Bookings: 50% of total is required at the time of booking to hold the
requested dates and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. 100% is
required should bookings be less than 30 days prior to first booking date.
Cancellations more than 30 days from the earliest booking date is
fully refundable less handling fee of $50.00. Handling fee includes credit
card charges, reversal fees and re-booking fee.
Cancellation: less than 30 days prior to your
earliest booking date ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUND- ABLE, unless we are
able to re-book the dates. We will make every reasonable attempt to re-book
those dates. Lazy Trout LLC will issue a refund for the days we are able to
re-book the booked dates less $50.00 for handling fee.
