You won't find comparable accommodations at a more reasonable rate! BBQ your favorite goodies on our massive deck with it's delightful forest views or relax with your favorite book in front of a crackling fire. Four seasons of fun: cool summer temperatures, fabulous fall colors, pure winter snow or the explosion of wildflowers in spring are sure to enhance your visit to Greer. At an elevation of 8,500 feet our rental cabin is a sure bet to please even the most discriminating guest!

3 Bedroom, 3 Bath luxury cabin rental with a Loft (loft has it's own queen bed and adjoining bath overlooking the great room/fireplace). Fully Furnished great room, dining area, kitchen, dishwasher, fireplace, BBQ grill, washer and dryer. Entertainment amenities include three televisions (with DVD, VCR, Satellite), telephone,Wi-Fi, horseshoe pit and plenty of games, puzzles and movies! |

Minimum Stay: 2 nights. New Year, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas require a 3 night stay.

Bookings: 50% of total is required at the time of booking to hold the requested dates and the balance is due 10 days before your arrival date. Lazy Trout will send you an agreement with dates, terms and conditions and this agreement will need to be signed and returned to Lazy Trout by date specified.
Cancellations more than 30 days from the earliest booking date is fully refundable less handling fee of $50.00. Cancellation less than 30 days prior to your arrival date ARE NON REFUNDABLE, unless we are able to rebook the dates. We will make every reasonable attempt to rebook those dates. Lazy Trout LLC will issue a refund for the days we are able to rebook the booked dates less $50.00 for handling fee. Exceptions are made on a case by case basis.
