This cabin is located in the "Village of Greer" and is within walking distance to all places in Greer. The Lazy Bear Cabin is about 1450 square foot living area and a detached game room with an additional 300 square foot. The main cabin has two full bathrooms, one on each level. Try your luck at our catch and release pond stocked with trout. All bedrooms are on the upper level thus making this cabin not handicapped accessible. Lazy Bear Cabin has 3 Bedroom and 2 Baths. Two of the bedrooms have King beds and the other bedroom as a queen bed. In the game room there is a queen futon. The game room is great for all our guests. Both young and old.

$199 per night weekdays.$229.00 weekends.
Seventh Night: 7th night is free fee for 7 Night stay $1,194.00
One Month Stay: One week free. Monthly stay $3,582.00
Additional persons: $20/night each additional person.
Dogs: Only mature dogs. No puppies.$20/night per dog (limit 2)
Minimum Stay:2 nights. Major US Holidays require 4 night Minimum stay and premium rates will apply.

Departure time: 10:30A.M.
Bookings: 50% of total is required at the time of booking to hold the requested dates and the balance is due 10 days before your arrival date. Lazy Trout will send you an agreement with dates, terms and conditions and this agreement will need to be signed and returned to Lazy Trout by date specified.
Cancellations more than 30 days from the earliest booking date is fully refundable less handling fee of $50.00. Cancellation less than 30 days prior to your arrival date ARE NON REFUNDABLE, unless we are able to rebook the dates. We will make every reasonable attempt to rebook those dates. Lazy Trout LLC will issue a refund for the days we are able to rebook the booked dates less $45.00 for handling fee. Exceptions are made on a case by case basis.
