Motel Rooms
We have eight (8) cozy rooms for our guests. Each room has a queen bed, full bath with tub and shower, microwave oven, small refrigerator, TV with DVD player. This is the only motel in Greer and some rooms can accommodate up to 4 people. There are some adjoining rooms for a larger group. Each unit has one queen bed, two rooms have bunk beds, two rooms have an additional twin bed, and we have roll away beds. The porch has a beautiful view of the Greer valley and many times, there will be either deer or elk, and sometimes both, in the early mornings and late evenings. There is no daily cleaning, but we will exchange your towels for fresh ones as often as needed. If you are staying more than one week, we will come in and change all your bedding and towels.
Pet Friendly
Pet friendly cabin, but you may never leave your your dog unattended in the room at anytime. You also must pickup after your dog.

Two or more..............................$59.00 per night
Addional Charges

Policies
Prices are subject to change without notice.
All reservations must be secured by payment via credit card (Visa, MasterCard and Discover) for the full extent of your stay. If for any reason you have to cancel your reservation, you must call at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled arrival. Upon acceptable cancellation of your reservation, you will be afforded the opportunity to use those days at another date within the next 6 month period (excluding holidays),depending upon availability. Failure to notify us in a timely manner will result in the total forfeiture of your funds. Once you check in, you are obligated for the full extent of your reservation.
Smoking in the rooms will cost you a $250.00 cleaning fee.
Leaving dogs unattended will be a $200.00 fee.
