This rustic cabin on over one acre of land is surrounded by towering pines. It's unique location is very close to Greer and River Reservoir on US Forest Service land. The wildlife going through this property is simply breathtaking. The cabin has one bedroom on the lower lever with a queen bed. The loft has two double beds.

Rates: $145 per night up to 2 persons. Two night minium stay is required. $10/night each additional person. $20/night per pet (limit 2). Seventh Night is Free. Rates subject to change without notice and does not include tax.

Dogs: Only mature dogs. No puppies.
Persons: Any person over the age of 12 months (1 year) is considered an occupant.

Departure time: 10:30A.M.
Bookings: 50% of total is required at the time of booking to hold the requested dates and the balance is due on your first arrival date. Cancellations more than 30 days from the earliest booking date is fully refundable less handling fee of $50.00.
Cancellation: less than 30 days prior to your earliest booking date ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE, unless we are able to re-book the dates. We will make every reasonable attempt to re-book those dates. Lazy Trout LLC will issue a refund for the days we are able to re-book the booked dates less $50.00 for handling fee. Exceptions are made on a case by case basis.
