This two story cabin is located in the "Village of Greer" and is within walking distance to all places in Greer. The Lazy Bear Cabin is about 1450 square foot living area and a detached game room with an additional 300 square foot. The main cabin has two full bathrooms, one on each level. All bedrooms are on the upper level thus making this cabin not handicapped accessible. Lazy Bear Cabin has 3 Bedroom and 2 Baths. Master bedroom and bedroom #2 have King beds and the 3rd bedroom as a queen bed. In the game room there is a queen futon. The game room is great for all our guests. Both young and old. Game room has replica 1980 era arcade game, foosball table and mini pool table. Large screen TV with blue ray DVD and DishNet satellite service.

The pond has no fish.  There are a lot of Cray Fish (crawdads) in the pond and the kids will love cathing them. They are easy to catch and fun for the kids.

Minimum Stay: 2 Nights.

Dogs: Only mature dogs. No puppies. $20.00 per night per dog. Persons: Any person over the age 3 years is considered an occupant.
Arrival time: 3:00P.M. Early arrivals are fee based.
Departure time: 10:30A.M.Late departure if feasible  Bookings: 50% of total is required at the time of booking to hold the requested dates and the balance will be deducted from your credit card 5 to 7 days before check-in date. We will send you information, directions, and the code to the lock box where you will find the key. No need to check in anywhere. Cancellations more than 30 days from the earliest booking date is fully refundable less handling fee of $45.00. Cancellation less than 30 days prior to your arrival date ARE NON REFUNDABLE, unless we are able to rebook the dates. We will make every reasonable attempt to rebook those dates. Lazy Trout Cabin Rentals LLP will issue a refund for the days we are able to rebook the booked dates less $45.00 for handling fee. Absolutely NO smoking in cabin
